OJK as the regulator of the financial services sector continues to develop various initiatives and policies to support the establishment and development of a sustainable finance ecosystem in Indonesia. As a follow-up to the Indonesia Sustainable Finance Roadmap Phase II (2021-2025), OJK in collaboration with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilization (CEFIM) is preparing a study on the transition plan. The study is one of the steps to prepare for the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S2 Climate-related Disclosures in Indonesia.
As part of the stages of preparing the study, OJK has held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) "Accelerating climate transition planning for financial institutions, issuers, and publicly listed companies in Indonesia" on May 17, 2024 which was also attended by representatives from institutions/organizations in Indonesia. Furthermore, to obtain input on the capacity and readiness of the industry to develop a transition plan, we expect your response to the online survey which can be accessed at the link https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=1MdBrGEfDUaw9PySWitHHAFQlvUzp-lMlbdBo2m_YhZURVo3REdJS0RXQkE1R1ZPNTJVTzVWRkxSRy4u.
